Talent Acquisition Specialist

Position Summary

KG Lewis is seeking an enthusiastic Talent Acquisition Specialist to add to our dynamic growing team. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work with a growing organization doing business in a variety of industries. Additionally, this role will provide the opportunity to partner with senior leadership to manage the full-cycle recruitment process for a variety of consultant roles. Successful candidates will be natural relationship builders, extremely detail-oriented, possess exceptional communication skills, and constantly display attributes of being a self-starter and proactive problem solver. This position requires someone who thrives in working well with others and creating an exceptional candidate experience. They will display a natural ability to attract and identify high-caliber, exceptional talent. This person will engage their already established network while proactively identifying areas to increase brand awareness to further expand their network. This role will also lead talent acquisition projects related to marketing and employer branding. The Talent Acquisition Specialist will continuously approach their work with a consideration for how to improve processes and candidate experience. Responsibilities

  • Create high-caliber, top talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs
  • Coordinate with senior leadership and hiring managers to identify future hiring needs
  • Align role requirements with candidate skillset
  • Create and update compelling job descriptions
  • Design interview questions and processes that align with client requirements and deadlines
  • Format documents
  • Prepare job offer letters
  • Ensure process adherence and identify opportunities for process improvements
  • Proactively identify high-caliber, top talent that aligns with the KG Lewis brand
  • Screen candidates and arrange follow up interviews for top talent
  • Maintain applicant tracking system to ensure candidate information is up to date
  • Organize data in internal systems
  • Oversee candidate experience surveys
  • Perform background and reference checks
  • Assist with employer branding initiatives
  • Organize and attend networking and recruiting events
  • Assist in forecasting future hiring needs
  • Foster long-term relationships with candidates
  • Assist with miscellaneous filing needs
  • Other Duties & Projects as needed to support future growth

Required Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree is preferred
  • Minimum 3-5 years of Talent Acquisition or Recruiting experience
  • Consulting or Staffing experience preferred
  • Proven experience in building candidate pipelines
  • Proven ability to partner with and build relationships with hiring managers
  • Ability to adhere to process, identify areas for process improvement
  • Understanding of interviewing best practices
  • Experience with offer negotiation
  • Understanding of Applicant Tracking Systems
  • Basic knowledge of HR
  • Experience using professional social networks to identify talent
  • Excellent interpersonal/customer service skills
  • Must be detail-oriented, highly organized, and a self-starter
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Strong MS Office skills (MS Excel, MS Word, MS PowerPoint)
  • Positive attitude and natural aptitude for people
  • Fast learner and not afraid to ask questions
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality
  • Passion and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Professional and poised appearance and demeanor
  • Well organized, ability to multi-task and manage competing priorities
  • Ability to work independently, utilizing good common sense, and resourcefulness
  • Ability to proactively identify and solve potential problems
