Talent Acquisition Coordinator (30 hours/week)

In the first 30 days you will:
· Meet colleagues and begin to understand the current KPA team structure that currently supports clients, innovates for new product and service offerings and supports the growth of KPA.
· Be able to articulate the value proposition of working at KPA to candidates while screening them for their ability to add to the KPA team with both their skills and attitude.
· Schedule interviews and provide a welcoming presence to candidates through the entire assessment process.
In the first 60 - 90 days you will:
· Work with hiring managers to refine job requirements to effectively market KPA and their position to top tier talent.
· Partner with hiring managers to drive the recruiting process from sourcing to onboarding of team members.
· Use a variety of interviewing methods to screen for candidate performance in each role.
· Manage the experience of the candidate by communicating regularly with respect.
· Aid in the retention of engaged employees through the onboarding of employees and through activities meant to celebrate team members and business success.
In the first 6 months you will:
· Leverage social media and networking to create a pipeline of candidates that will speed time to fill as new positions become available.
· Begin to create more efficient processes to source and evaluate candidates for performance.
· Refine and develop additional metrics and data to measure key activities of recruitment and retention.
· Provide feedback and recommendations to management on processes, benefits and policies that promote KPA as an employer of choice.
· Enhance KPA’s employment brand through proactively tracking and enhancing reviews of KPA as an employer.
By the end of the first year you will have:
· Been driven by metrics to be proactive in recruitment and retention processes in support of business growth and employee engagement.
· Celebrated advancements to KPA’s brand as an employer of choice.
