This role sits within “Corporate Functions”. The engine of Funding Circle - we keep the business running. Whatever the discipline, we turn dreams into reality and help small businesses to win.
What will you be doing?

We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Partner to join our team in Denver! This is an opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a complex environment and who relishes the challenge of finding up & coming talent.
- Work smart and help a company to understand how to come up with creative techniques to attract awesome talent.
- Identify and manage candidates throughout the hiring process, from initial contact through offer acceptance.
- Optimize operational process flows and look for ways to deliver a consistent, scalable, customer-centric recruitment experience to all stakeholders.
- Communicate with all levels or the organization and maintain your professionalism while representing the essence of our culture.
- Hire elusive candidates, coaching hiring managers to improve the offer acceptance rate, and full-cycle recruiting in its entirety.
- Maintain data integrity in our ATS to report on recruitment data and metrics to ensure scalability of our recruitment strategies.
- Be a leader in diversity and inclusion efforts across the company to ensure we’re improving pipeline diversity, and have an equitable process in place for identifying and hiring the best talent

Are you?
- Have experience with full-cycle recruitment. We’re looking for someone who knows their way around creating an amazing candidate experience in all areas of recruiting. Especially, reviewing resumes, coordinating interviews, conducting screenings all the way to the offer and negotiation stage
- Have experience sourcing active and passive candidates from a variety of channels and communities: online and internal databases, employee referrals, social media, events, networking, research, etc.
- Structured and organized individual who can lead multiple projects simultaneously and make high-quality decisions quickly
- Relationship management skills are absolutely key to this role. Managing expectations of both hiring managers and candidates while delivering an outstanding hiring experience for both sides will be vital to your success
- Attention to detail, problem solving skills, and negotiation skills
