Talent Acquisition Operations & Programs Manager

Summary
The Talent Acquisition Operations and Programs Manager is a critical role in our team's mission of hiring exceptional talent, creating amazing candidate experience and leading our Campus Recruiting strategy. This role will oversee all of our recruiting tools and reporting, identify process improvements, manage key strategic TA programs, and oversee and develop a team dedicated to delivering best-in-class experience for candidates. This role will partner closely with our Talent Acquisition (TA) and Human Resources (HR) Operations teams on all complex reporting and data insights to drive continuous process improvement.
Responsibilities
- Architect creative and scalable solutions to continually optimize our Recruiting systems and processes.
- Own all of our recruitment processes, document workflows, ATS (Workday) and TA tools adoption, and the tech roadmap for recruiting.
- Lead and operationalize Workiva’s approach to early career program and recruitment and serve as an advisor to the university relations team.
- Create and drive all campus recruiting strategies, initiatives, and events. Design and execute year-round strategies and programs to strengthen our brand and presence at targeted universities across the globe
- Build, lead, motivate, and mentor a high-performing team, including Campus Recruiters, and Candidate Experience Coordinators.
- Manage the candidate experience from start to finish, ensuring best-in-class processes are in place to support candidates, including interview scheduling, travel coordination, and expense reimbursement.
- Conceptualize, deliver, maintain, and iterate on recruiting KPIs and dashboards to support improved productivity and transparency to the business.
- Develop and deliver TA team enablement, hiring manager and interviewer training programs.
- Vendor management (tools and agencies).
- Support key TA team initiatives, including recruitment marketing, referral and alumni programs, internships, candidate experience, and more.
What You'll Need
Education
- Undergraduate Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience in a related field.
- 5+ years experience in a Talent Acquisition, HR Operations or other reporting and systems management capacity
- 2+ years experience leading and developing a team
- Advanced experience with HCM, HRIS, ATS experience - specific Workday experience is a plus
- Solid data analysis skills (e.g. Excel/Google Sheet and data visualization platforms)
- Passion for taking a complex business problem and providing a simple and user friendly solution

How You'll Be Rewarded
- Base Pay Range in Colorado: $95,000 - $120,000
- A discretionary bonus typically paid annually
- Restricted Stock Units granted at time of hire
