We're looking for a Talent Acquisition Manager to join our team!

Empowered by the Greenhouse product suite, Talent Acquisition Managers at Greenhouse form strategic partnerships with our hiring managers to enable informed, data-driven decisions that result in the best hires. This is a high-visibility role in which you’ll work with top leaders in the SaaS industry in an environment committed to defining what "best" looks like in recruiting.

What you'll do

  • Conduct critical job searches for various teams across locations, owning the process from kick-off to close
  • Understand and apply data effectively, positively impacting the Talent Acquisition team's overall metrics
  • Develop strong hiring manager partnerships and empower informed decision-making
  • Build and execute targeted sourcing strategies in adherence with our internal standards
  • Ensure an excellent candidate experience throughout each of your interview processes
  • Iterate! When you see something that could be better, tell us!

You should have

  • Full-cycle recruiting experience
  • Motivation to thrive in a dynamic, fast-growing environment
  • Effective time management and prioritization skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills that resonate with our brand voice
  • Experience using Greenhouse in-house, a plus

Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.

The range provided is for Colorado-based hires only and will be commensurate with candidate experience. Pay ranges for candidates in other locations other than CO may differ based on the cost of labor in that location. Pay range: $68,000-$82,000
