Talent Acquisition Manager

We are seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Manager to scale Hotel Engine’s TA team and create a thoughtful, exciting, strategic vision in line with the company’s goals. The Talent Acquisition Manager will provide the opportunity to significantly shape and own how we think about Talent Acquisition within Hotel Engine. This role is highly impactful within our business and will require creativity, thoughtful leadership, setting benchmarks, analyzing data and metrics and understanding how to prioritize roles to meet our SLA with our hiring manager. Essential Functions:
- Grow, manage, mentor, and lead a collaborative, high performing Talent Acquisition team that can scale to the demands of a rapidly growing technology company
- Define and track consistent data-driven hiring metrics and goals
- Partner with leaders to drive progress and strategy
- Craft and execute creative sourcing strategies and recruiting campaign
- Find and engage unique and/or passive candidates through creative sourcing techniques
- Create interview and hiring best practices for the organization
- Own requisitions from beginning to end, ensuring a high touch candidate and client experience
- Establish and maintain meaningful relationships across management and key cross-functional stakeholders internally
- Assess candidates to ensure qualification match, cultural fit and overall compatibility with hiring manager requirements.
- Attend networking events and trade shows, as required
- Partner with onboarding team to create a smooth transition from accepting an offer to becoming a team member

Required Education & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field is highly preferred.
- 4+ years’ experience as a Talent Acquisition Manager
- At least 2+ years of proven success building and managing a high performing team
- Data driven with extensive experience building and defining recruiting pipeline metrics and using data to solve problems
Preferred Qualifications:
- 2+ years’ experience with reporting tools and analysis leading to meaningful insights and action
- 4+ years’ experience in Corporate Recruiting including full life cycle, research and sourcing
- Agency experience
Supervisory Responsibilities:
- Supervises up to 5 Talent Acquisition professionals
