At Havenly, we believe in making space for better living. From gathering home inspiration to working with a designer, to shopping curated home products, we collaborate with clients across the country to design spaces they love coming home to. Founded in 2014 and headquartered in Denver, CO, we are a fun, convenient, and affordable solution for designing your home.

We’re looking for a Talent Manager to grow our team with both full-time and contractor talent. You’ll own the full lifecycle recruitment process from start to finish. In partnership with hiring managers and senior leadership, you’ll support our rapidly growing hiring needs — maintaining a robust and diverse talent pipeline to ensure we’re appropriately staffed at all times.

As the first point of contact with candidates, you’ll act as a brand ambassador. You’ll get top-tier talent excited about the opportunity to join our team and do amazing work with us.

What you’ll do:

  • Creatively source top candidates using a variety of methods, including referrals, outreach, networking, and tools
  • Establish our talent acquisition strategy focused on proactive candidate sourcing
  • Develop, vet, and maintain a diverse talent pipeline across all of our disciplines
  • Work collaborative with senior leadership, hiring managers, and resource managers to identify and plan staffing needs and navigate business fluctuations
  • Manage a full-cycle recruiting process — from sourcing and interviews to offers and on-boarding — while ensuring a smooth, positive, and equitable candidate experience
  • Conduct phone screens and work directly with hiring managers to vet applicants and schedule interviews, communicating the status to stakeholders along the way
  • Leverage our social media channels and website to promote job openings
  • Maintain organized, timely, and relevant information on all searches and candidates
  • Participate in industry and recruiting networking events

Why you’re right for this role:

  • This isn’t your first rodeo. You have previous experience with full-lifecycle recruiting at fast-growing company.
  • You’re a people person who can foster exceptional relationships with candidates and colleagues across all levels of an organization, and collaborate effectively with hiring managers and senior leadership.
  • If you had a Rolodex, it would be chock-full. You’re well-connected, with an existing network of contacts.
  • You’re a consummate professional. You’re comfortable handling sensitive and confidential information, as well as managing offer negotiations with candidates.
  • You know what you’re talking about, and you say it well — with excellent communication skills (verbal and written).

Additional Details:

  • This is a full-time exempt position headquartered in Denver, CO. Remote candidates considered.
  • Targeted compensation range for this role: $75-90/year + bonus, dependent upon experience.
  • Our total rewards package includes competitive compensation, generous PTO, volunteer days off, health benefits (Medical, Dental, Vision, Disability), company equity, 401K match, paid Parental leave, and Fertility benefits. In addition, we offer free design services, furniture discounts, and merchandise credits.
  • Havenly is an Equal Opportunity Employer. Havenly's employment decisions are made without regard with race, color, religion, national origin, age, sex, marital status, ancestry, physical or mental disability, veteran status, gender identity, sexual orientation, or any other legally protected status.
  • Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.
  • COVID-19 Vaccination Requirement: In accordance with Havenly’s policies as well as in compliance with state and federal regulations, and our ongoing commitment to safeguarding the health of our employees, their families, and the community at large, COVID-19 vaccines are required for all employees at Havenly.  Accordingly, any offer of employment is conditioned upon an applicant’s ability to provide proof of vaccination. Should you require accommodation for medical or religious needs, Havenly will engage in an interactive process with you to determine if a reasonable accommodation can be provided in accordance with applicable City, State and/or Federal law.  Any approved accommodation will also include a requirement that unvaccinated employees submit to weekly COVID-19 testing.

As a company, our goal is to make everyone feel good at home and that starts right here, at Havenly HQ.  We celebrate our differences and encourage everyone to bring their true selves to work each and every day. Throughout the journey of each of our team members, as a company, we take pride in and commit to ensuring that everyone feels valued, heard, welcome and has equal opportunity to thrive. With the above stated, Havenly is committed to cultivating a diverse and inclusive team. We are open to candidates of all backgrounds and encourage you to apply if interested.
