THE OPPORTUNITY
As the Talent Acquisition Lead at Vivian Health, you will be responsible for helping to grow the Vivian Health team. Responsibilities will include sourcing top talent, interviewing and selling candidates on opportunities Vivian Health and our company culture, as well as closing and onboarding. As part of a lean team, you will have opportunities to support the People team with other HR related tasks around developing our culture and onboarding processes.
THE SKILL SET
- 3-4 years of experience in full life cycle recruitment.
- Experience managing and closing a large requisition load of engineering, marketing, product, and sales positions at a startup.
- Ability to work cross-functionally and transition seamlessly between recruiting for technical and non-technical roles across all departments.
- Desire to work collaboratively with hiring managers and interviewers across teams
- Strong ability to create inclusive processes to attract candidates from all backgrounds.
- Creative written and verbal communication skills with the ability to compellingly pitch and close candidates.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.

WITHIN THREE MONTHS, YOU’LL
- Be responsible for your own requisitions, from sourcing to ensuring candidates get interviewed
- Likely have made several hires
- Review the recruiting process and identify areas for improvement
- Have a strong understanding of the business and will begin teaching us a thing or two we don’t know
WITHIN TWELVE MONTHS, YOU’LL
- Be seen as a well-versed, trusted partner to other departments in the company and be respected as an expert for all things recruitment
- Make a significant positive impact company-wide on headcount and culture
- Support some additional special projects within the HR function
