The Opportunity: 

We’re looking for a Talent Acquisition Coordinator to drive our recruiting processes in an organized and efficient way. As part of our HR/People Team, you will work closely with our Talent Acquisition Manager and others throughout the organization. You may flexibly work from both our Denver office and remotely, as best suits your needs and your work.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Ensure full life cycle recruiting runs smoothly, from kick-off to close
  • Manage all internal and external postings
  • Manage all candidate interview scheduling
  • Help review applicants and recommend candidates to hiring managers
  • Provide candidates with a consistent, positive experience
  • Prepare offer letters and onboarding experiences
  • Effectively partner with internal colleagues in IT, HR, Finance, and Office Management as well as with recruiting services, systems, and vendors
  • Maintain our ATS (Greenhouse), including reporting, updates, and integration with other systems.
  • Manage the employee referral program and the TA email inbox.
  • Assist in the design, plan, and execution of employer branding activities

Required Qualifications/Experience

  • Minimum of 2 years of administrative experience in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience in Talent Acquisition or HR strongly preferred
  • A passion for exceptional candidate experience and internal customer service
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills that resonate with our brand voice
  • Ability to thrive and achieve results in a flexible hybrid work environment
  • Effective time management and prioritization skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • A self-starter who can work independently, as well as in close collaboration with others
  • Ability to maintain discretion and confidentiality

  • Competitive pay and benefits. Compensation range of $50,000 to $60,000/year, depending on skills and experience.
