Your Mission

Propeller is on an exciting growth trajectory heading into 2020. Your mission is to support that growth by finding exceptional talent who will contribute to our goals. As the Talent Acquisition Coordinator, our growth is directly linked to the work you will do every day.

You will own the full recruitment cycle, from strategy to advertising; sourcing to offer. Your area of focus will be our Go To Market roles, implementing efficiencies and creative sourcing strategies. You won’t stop at active inbound candidates, you will source the passive market as well, identifying suitable candidates on various databases and getting them excited when you tell the Propeller story.

You’re focused on creating an exceptional candidate and hiring manager experience. You will guide candidates through the entire recruitment process, keeping them informed throughout and building long lasting relationships with both successful and unsuccessful candidates.

 

Your Skills

  • 1-3 years experience in full cycle internal recruitment positions.
  • Experience in recruiting high volume, recurring positions.
  • Exceptional candidate management skills with an ability to effectively manage a continuous pipeline of candidates.
  • Exposure to high growth start up environments.
  • You are highly adaptable and can operate with quick changes, without losing momentum.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent collaborative skills and ability to be part of a close-knit but globally spread-out team.

Bonus points for experience with:

  • Familiarity working with remote teams, candidates, and hiring managers desirable.
  • Working as a part of an international team.
  • General HR functions.

 

Responsibilities

  • Optimize platforms and technologies to attract high quality inbound applications.
  • Create excitement around positions by posting open roles to Propeller’s career site and external job boards.
  • Promote jobs through other avenues to increase candidate traffic, the sky's the limit, be creative!
  • Filter applications, screen candidates and recommend next steps.
  • Actively source passive candidates through various databases.
  • Keep the ATS up to date at all times.
  • Curate an excellent candidate experience. You'll act as the primary advocate for candidates, leading them through the entire recruitment process from the first call to the offer.
