Talent Acquisition Coordinator
Job Summary: The Talent Acquisition Coordinator will be responsible for reviewing, screening, and communicating to FareHarbor applicants in a timely manner. This position will support HQ and satellite office recruiting needs. When recruiting is not active, this position will be responsible for supporting managers with administrative duties.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Gain thorough understanding of FareHarbor positions, departments, and company structure to efficiently fill vacant positions
- Conduct and coordinate phone, video and onsite interviews for candidates with speed, efficiency, and accuracy
- Utilize and maintain applicant tracking system, ensuring all information is accurately up-kept
- Identify and utilize new candidate sourcing channels
- Create and maintain relationships with colleges in proximity to all office locations
- Communicate professionally and maintain a high level of confidentiality at all times both internally and externally with candidates
- Assist in designing interview framework for phone, video, and onsite interviews
- Work with managers to assist with administrative responsibilities (e.g. shipping, vendor relations, booking corporate travel for employees etc.)
Qualifications:
- 1-2 years of high volume recruiting
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field preferred
- Outstanding organization and communication skills, both written and oral
- Previous experience recruiting for SaaS companies is a plus
- Previous experience with Culture Index is a plus
- Previous experience as an Office Manager or Administrative/Executive Assistant is a plus
