We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Business Partner t o join our team and help us achieve our ambitious goals for our business and the planet.
What you get to do:
As a Talent Acquisition Business Partner, you will be responsible for sourcing and recruitment of candidates across the organization to support our North America operations. Our Talent Acquisition Business Partner will play a key role in helping our leaders think strategically when it comes to hiring: helping to assess needs & develop solutions. This is not a 'recruiting' job, rather we are business partners with our clients and coaches to our candidates. We're interested in your passion for affecting people's lives in a positive way.

What you will contribute:

  • Work with leadership to develop and implement hiring plans and solutions in order to achieve strategic business initiatives and deliver results in line with our company values
  • Manage the full-cycle recruiting process
  • Prioritize building a diverse team at every step of the recruiting process, ensuring our top-of funnel efforts and interviews provide candidates of all backgrounds with equal, unbiased consideration and opportunity
  • Partner with the Engineering, Product, Customer Success, Implementation, Marketing and Operation teams to create and distribute effective job postings across our platforms and social media
  • Provide all Uplight prospects and candidates with a world-class recruiting experience
  • Partner with hiring teams to understand their organizational objectives and drive hiring plans to achieve them
  • Coach hiring managers and guide them throughout the recruiting process
  • Be the subject matter expert and resource for hiring partners
  • Develop strong relationships and partnerships with client groups
  • Manage the kick-off, interview panel, and debrief session


What you bring to Uplight:

  • 2+ years of Talent Acquisition experience in high growth and fast-paced environments
  • 2 years of experience with full lifecycle recruiting is required, 4 years of experience is preferred
  • In-depth knowledge of full lifecycle recruiting
  • Proven execution of a multitude of sourcing techniques
  • Experience with HRIS, ATS, sourcing, and recruiting marketing tools
  • Ability to motivate applicants and communicate company culture
  • A sense of ownership and how talent acquisition can improve overall company performance
  • Coach hiring managers and guide them throughout the recruiting process
  • Strong familiarity with SaaS software companies, from the technical, operational and business perspective

Salary Range: $80,000 to $88,000
In accordance with the Colorado Equal Pay for Equal Work Act, the approximate annual base compensation range is listed above. The actual offer, reflecting the total compensation package and benefits, will be determined by a number of factors including the applicant's experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity among our team.
