This newly created role will provide a strategic, consultative approach as it contributes to our expansion. What you will be doing:
Technology will play a critical role in our ability to make a difference. Your contributions in sourcing technical team members will be hugely impactful for the next stage of the Scaled Agile journey. You will be joining a highly collaborative team as the first in-house Talent Acquisition Consultant, being provided with the opportunity to design and implement best practices, along with tapping into your creative side while contributing to our employer branding efforts.
- Plan and execution of recruiting cycles to create a strong candidate pipeline, deliver high quality customer service to hiring managers and candidates and fill positions in a timely manner
- Establish strong relationships with hiring managers to understand and ensure alignment on the specifications of each role needed while developing and executing solid sourcing and recruiting plans
- Develop and implement innovative strategies to actively source passive candidates as well as create a pipeline of potential talent for future consideration.
Skills and experience that are important for this role:
- Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) and minimum of 5 years' experience in full life cycle recruitment, with a minimum of 3 years technical recruitment, ideally within a high-growth SaaS organization.
- Passion for creating a positive candidate experience and guiding hiring managers and teams to think strategically as they consider adding new members.
- Strong commitment to actively seeking ways to attract diverse candidates, ensure fairness and remove bias from all aspects of the recruitment and selection processes.
- Excellent relationship building and consultative skills with the ability to partner effectively with hiring managers and teams - influencing talent decisions.
- Strong organization skills and the ability to manage multiple processes and priorities and deliver assignments on time in a dynamic environment
- Although not required, demonstrated success in both startup and large company environments would be helpful.
Compensation
Scaled Agile is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. The target salary range for this role is $95,000 to $120,000. Final compensation for this role will be determined by various factors such as a candidate's relevant work experience, skills, and certifications.
Employees of Scaled Agile are also compensated with an annual bonus and competitive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, optional insurance products including pet insurance, 401K with a match, flexible paid time off, company-paid sabbatical after six years of service, bonus plan, and equity options.

Scaled Agile is headquartered in Boulder, CO, we are currently working remotely and providing the office as a resource to our team members. We are open to candidates based in other U.S. locations.
