Responsibilities
Design and lead a recruiting process and experience that excites candidates, supports hiring teams and gets results
Develop a deep knowledge of our business and roles and a clear understanding of the skills and expertise that candidates will need to possess
Demonstrate the ability to develop and execute sophisticated sourcing and interviewing techniques and methods
Show a commitment to diversity and inclusion by valuing the differences unique individuals possess and finding ways to bring them onto our team
Ensure precise and effective communication is in place to maintain momentum in the hiring process and support an open and clear dialogue around interview updates and throughout the offer process
Counsel hiring managers and teams on role design and prioritization as well as skills or capabilities required to ensure we meet our ambitious goals
Develop and refine recruiting processes, methods and tools (e.g. ATS) to optimize outcomes
Adopt a continuous improvement mindset and work to increase your expertise by exploring and applying new strategies and tactics
Create clear messaging and communications both internally and externally for recruiting -- ensure that our web site, social presence and other collateral reflect this
Develop and deliver recruiting innovation projects (e.g. employment brand, referral enhancements, strategic sourcing initiatives)
Navigate all types of conversations from those opening doors to graceful, timely turndowns
Track and analyze & present recruiting data and results, draw insights from research, best practices and AMP Robotics data to inform methods and objectives in recruiting
Qualifications
Expertise in the recruiting, hiring and onboarding processes – bonus for experience in high growth startup or tech environments
Experience working with senior leadership and external clients/candidates/agencies in addition to the internal team
Ability to develop and execute strategic sourcing campaigns that yield tangible results
Ability to build a comprehensive cultivation approach for high potential candidates ensuring our process and activities align so that we successfully close
Exceptional organizational skills, with a keen eye for details
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and the drive to take ownership for the development of strong internal and external relationships
A bias toward action, sense of urgency and track record of personal accountability
Ability to effectively prioritize and work under pressure
Ability to work with confidential and/or sensitive material
