Sourcing Recruiter
We are looking for an experienced Sourcing Recruiter to join our team. You will learn and develop best recruiting practices to help augment the talent acquisition team strategy. As a Sourcing Recruiter, you will be responsible for sourcing, connecting, and qualifying candidates against open requisitions while also helping to drive strategic initiatives and planning the implementation of recruiting campaigns.
Core Requirements and Responsibilities:
Essential job functions included but are not limited to the following:
Effectively support full-cycle recruiting including sourcing, applicant testing, interviewing, presenting, conducting background checks, and closing qualified entry-level to executive-level candidates as assigned by the Talent Acquisition Manager
Develop meaningful job descriptions in collaboration with hiring managers
Assist with company-wide recruiting projects
Collaborate to develop a compelling recruitment strategy to hire according to projected staffing plans and increase recruiting efficiency
Develop strong hiring manager partnerships and empower them to make informed hiring decisions
Collaborate/coach hiring managers on effective interviewing skills
Work with the hiring managers, candidates and/or other human resource staff during the offer process -- identifying and recommending salary ranges, incentives, start dates, and other pertinent details
Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and company policies
Attend college job fairs and recruiting sessions as needed
May be involved in mentoring or guiding more junior level recruiters or support staff
Qualifications:
3+ years of recruiting/sourcing experience in corporate or agency setting
Experience recruiting passive candidates at all levels
Knowledge of Boolean, x-ray searches and additional sourcing software/tools
Experience managing and prioritizing multiple searches, projects and client relationships
Experience building and driving talent sourcing initiatives
Experience working with recruiting tools and systems, including applicant tracking systems, resume databases and internet sourcing tools
Bachelor's degree or equivalent
Familiarity with laws, regulations, and best practices applicable to hiring and recruitment
Excellent interpersonal skills with good negotiation tactics
Demonstrated ability to work professionally as a team member and with all levels of people required
Additional Requirements and Details:
Travel required up to 10% of the time
Located and working from an office location
Occasional lifting and/or moving up to 10 pounds
Frequent repetitive hand and arm movements required to operate a computer.
Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision (working on a computer, etc.)
