Sourcing Recruiter
ABOUT THE ROLE
Metric Theory is seeking a Sourcing Recruiter in our Denver office to proactively identify and assess passive and active talent as our company continues to grow. As a member of our team, you will work closely with our Talent team and Hiring Managers to develop creative strategies to find the best digital marketing talent in our 5 office locations nationwide.
You will have a significant impact on the delivery of sourcing and pipelining while investing in strategic approaches to identify leading talent. We invest a lot of time into engaging passive and active candidates through a highly engaged approach and an awesome candidate experience. As the first point of contact for many candidates, you will have the chance to identify and recommend process improvements and partner with the talent team to execute upon them.
Responsibilities May Include:
- You will partner closely with the Sr Talent Manager to understand specific talent needs to successfully build a pipeline of active and passive top talent through various channels
- Develop and execute on a sourcing strategy to build a solid pipeline of candidates and other talent segments as needed, utilizing various channels such as applicants, referrals, LinkedIn, job boards, university career portals and fairs, and researching to select sourcing tools to attract passive talent
- You will strategize different ways to build talent pipelines and execute tactical research, referral generation, events, and sourcing campaigns
- Contributing to university relations and diversity and inclusion initiatives
- Opportunity to build and drive talent sourcing and recruitment initiatives
- You will get in on the 'ground floor' of the recruiting team with the opportunity to help shape the unit
- Represent and serve as an ambassador for the culture of an agency that consistently ranks as one of the best places to work in Ad Age, Inc Magazine, Denver Business Journal, etc
ABOUT YOU
Qualifications:
- Minimum one year of sourcing and/or recruiting experience within a fast-paced organization
- Experience with innovative direct sourcing techniques with the ability to build and maintain a top-tier network
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Strong collaboration skills while also possessing the ability to work autonomously
- Highly organized with the ability to prioritize multiple searches, projects and relationships
- Excel proficiency
Not a Must But A Plus:
- Expertise in both traditional and advanced talent sourcing techniques including full proficiency with Boolean searching
- Familiarity working with recruiting tools such as LinkedIn, applicant tracking systems and resume databases
- Experience building and developing pipelines of qualified, diverse candidates
- Experience working in a digital marketing agency
