What you will do:
The Solutions Support Specialist plays a critical role in our business by providing customer support for SyncHR's HCM and cross-application products. You have previously worked with customers or end users in a support or service-oriented role at a technology company and understand best practices around policies, process, strategies, and metrics, preferably for a SaaS or HCM enterprise product. You're personable, have a passion for wowing customers, love using cutting-edge technology, and do what it takes to ensure that customers are wildly successful using our solution.
Responsibilities:
- Answer questions about using our solution.
- Help customers overcome any problems or troubleshoot issues.
- Document and report product issues to product management and engineering.
- Communicate suggestions regarding product and service enhancements.
- Achieve high customer satisfaction, serve as customer advocate.
- Wow customers every time they call.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years experience in customer service, preferably in the HCM industry.
- Software support experience.
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Proven ability to collaborate and build strong relationships with customers.
- Experience executing best practice customer care processes and customer support strategies.
- Demonstrated success in building strong cross-functional relationships.
- Ability to quickly absorb new technologies.
- Strong strategic thinking, creative problem solving, and analytical skills along with ability to execute.
- Ability to generate a sense of urgency, and rally appropriate resources to drive resolution to critical customer issues.
- Excellent written and verbal communications skills.
