The Talent Team is now looking for a great Senior Technical Recruiter to drive the next phase of our growth. In this highly collaborative role, you will truly partner with the business, working side by side with hiring managers up to VPs to hire the best possible talent across Front end, Backend to Fullstack Software Engineers (we’re a Ruby on Rails, React/Redux, AWS, Kubernetes shop moving toward microservices) to DevOps (AWS, Kubernetes, Terraform, Docker), DevOps, InfoSec, Data Science & QA. The team supports a broad range of roles so expect diversity in your req load & high volume. You’ll own the entire hiring process from role kickoff to offer negotiations while working with our Recruiting Manager and Head of Talent to continuously iterate and optimize our processes, tools, and candidate experience. We believe in autonomy while enabling our team members to have high impact and growth opportunities.
Our ideal candidate is someone with around 6 years of recruitment experience with a very consultative nature who knows how to engage engineers. Whether you’re coming out of a contingent agency (dialing for dollars?) or an in-house role (viewed as an order taker instead of partner?), you’ve got a strong foundation of experience placing in demand highly nuanced technical roles. You are comfortable delivering full cycle recruiting (think intake, scheduling to closing) but also know how to partner with a team of sourcers, RCs and other recruiters to fill reqs. You don’t have to be technical yourself, but you do need to be able to hold a competent conversation with technical folks & know the right questions to evaluate technical talent. In your time you have gained exposure to a diverse range of recruiting automation tools and applicant tracking systems - we use Greenhouse, Linkedin Recruiter, Gem and other powerful tools to accelerate hiring. Prior experience with diversity recruiting processes and strategies will be beneficial as we are committed to maintaining a diverse pipeline at all times across open roles.
