How you’ll make an impact
By ensuring our Product and Technology teams are continuously attracting, engaging and assessing the best talent in the market. You will work closely with a portfolio of technical leaders from across the business, creating a talent experience that delights and inspires our key customers - internally and externally. You will develop innovative methods to source talent, lead and embrace growth and change, and be a key champion for the SonderMind brand externally.
Success looks like
- Expertly managing the end-to-end talent acquisition process across product and technology teams
- Consistently filling complex technical roles in under 90 days
Collaborating closely with Talent & People Operations teammates, advocating for key priorities and initiatives, identifying resource gaps and process improvements - Providing advice and guidance to hiring managers to ensure recruitment objectives and processes are managed effectively,
- Coaching leaders to develop a process and environment that is inclusive and equitable
- Attracting high-caliber talent through innovative sourcing campaigns, platforms, initiatives and events
- Strategically leveraging tools, partnerships, events and vendors to ensure we are reaching the right talent in the right places at the right times
What you’ll do
- Plan and execute recruitment activity to ensure top talent is sourced from active and passive candidate markets, and that new hire targets are met or exceeded
- Educate and advise hiring managers on SonderMind’s hiring best practices
- Utilize creative sourcing strategies to cultivate top talent and build talent pipelines
- Represent SonderMind in the market in a way that exemplifies our values and creates a transparent, empathetic candidate experience
- Work closely with the People Ops and Company Ops to coordinate a fluid new hire onboarding experience
- Be passionate and courageous as an ambassador of SonderMind and a champion of technical talent communities

Experience
- 5+ years of technical recruiting experience in high-growth environments
- Experience sourcing candidates in highly competitive, complex- high-demand niches (eg. Machine Learning & AI)- including community & event strategies
- Experience implementing and using multiple recruiting, scheduling, and sourcing technologies
- Experience delivering formal and informal training to managers and stakeholders
- A thorough knowledge of federal and state employment laws and requirements of the federal Selection Guidelines and the Americans with Disabilities Act.
- Experience learning and executing value-added talent projects and working groups
Other Details
- This role is a full-time, exempt position
- In Colorado, starting salary for this position is $90,000. Actual pay and title are commensurate with experience and location.
