The Job:
Personal Capital is seeking a driven technical recruiter to join our team. In this role, you will help our company live its values by growing and expanding our teams.

Responsibilities:

  • Recruit for a variety of positions across the engineering & data teams, with an emphasis on quality and diversity
  • Develop and execute passive and active sourcing strategies for multiple, concurrent searches including the use of LinkedIn, job boards, employee referrals, etc.
  • Manage, prioritize and close searches and job openings.
  • Develop, update, and maintain job descriptions and posts
  • Review candidate resumes and profiles; conduct interviews; provide initial assessments of candidates; provide status communications and notifications to candidates and business partners; maintain candidate workflow, notes, and documentation.
  • Develop an in-depth knowledge of Personal Capital's business.
  • Apply recruiting best practices and knowledge to improve processes and services.
  • Collaborate with the recruitment team, hiring managers, and HR.
  • Implement and document process improvements.
  • Participate in special projects and recruiting initiatives.

The salary range below describes the minimum to maximum base salary range for this position in the location listed. Non-sales positions have the opportunity to participate in a bonus program. Sales positions are eligible for sales incentives, and in some instances a bonus plan, whereby total compensation may far exceed base salary depending on individual performance. Actual compensation offered may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, licensure requirements and/or skill level and will be finalized at the time of offer.
