- Scale hear.com Tech and take us through hyper-growth 🚀
- Ownership of end-to-end hiring and recruitment process
- Build innovative, multi-channel recruiting strategies
- Partner with Tech leadership to ensure we attract the best talent
- Collaborate with hiring managers to develop compelling content
- Create an empathetic, human-centric candidate experience
- Identify talent needs, deliver insights + analysis of the Tech market
- Drive scientific hiring; embed objectivity and remove bias via data
You..
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources or related field OR equivalent experience
- Full life-cycle recruitment experience with Tech profiles
- You excel at search & know how to headhunt candidates that change our reality
- You are an avid networker, focused on building and nurturing long-term relationships
- Strong problem solving orientation with a bias for action
- Get excited by data and analyze your performance to optimize the hiring funnel
