Fivetran is in a hyper-growth stage and we are looking for a Senior Sales Recruiter to help us hit our hiring goals!  You will partner closely with the hiring managers and handle end-to-end recruiting primarily for our sales team (and a few one-offs here and there) in our global offices.

As a Senior Sales Recruiter at Fivetran you will:

• Build strong partnerships with the hiring managers and the interviewers
• Facilitate the new role-kick off process and ensure the team (and you) have all of the information needed for efficient recruiting
• Ensure each candidate’s interview journey is smooth through clear and timely communication
• Keep our ATS (we use Lever) organized, make sure the interviews are documented,  and the feedback is submitted in a timely manner
• Work closely with the on-boarding team to ensure they have all the information they need to onboard new hires
• Support Fivetran’s diversity, equity and inclusion values by working with the People team to innovate new ways to attract and hire diverse talent
• Be a Fivetran employer brand champion and attend meetups, career fairs, conferences and help with planning recruiting events.

Your Superpowers:

• 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in a fast-paced environment at a SaaS/technology company or start-up
• You understand the importance of hiring great talent fast, without compromising quality 
• You know how the sales teams are structured
• You enjoy attending networking events to engage with talent and to represent our company
• You have a hunter’s mentality - recruiting is very competitive, but you are determined to hit your hiring goals and come up with a strategy to get there
• You’re a people person!  You genuinely enjoy interacting with other human beings and you possess empathy and desire to match the best people with the best opportunities
• Strong experience building partnerships with the hiring managers
• You’re able to stay focused in ambiguous situations and adapt quickly in rapidly-changing environments
• You deeply care about providing candidates with delightful candidate experience
• You have strong intercultural intelligence and are passionate about diversity, equity and inclusionYou’re immensely organized and you like process!
• Experience using an ATS ( bonus points for having used  Lever)
• Extensive experience sourcing and engaging with the passive talent  (Linkedin, Github, Aevy, other sourcing tools and the good old Google!)
• Be able to travel domestically 10% of the year (approximately 4-5 weeks per year)
