At Tilled, we're creating a buzz in the world of payments. Every time a bill gets paid through a software platform, payment processing revenues are generated for many stakeholders, but not the software company. We are changing those economics, with PayFac-as-a-Service. We need your help.
Position Summary:
Tilled is currently hiring for a Senior recruiter, where you will use your knowledge to hire candidates to join Tilled. Use your negotiation skills to help us staff bright and talented people who are looking to make an impact in our fast-paced environment. Grow our company and your career will grow along with it.
Location:
This is a full-time, remote position. Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States and be resident in a United States time zone.
Here is what you can expect:

  • Develop recruiting strategies that meet anticipated staffing needs
  • Full-cycle recruiting including role design, sourcing, slates and hiring - you are executing every step of the hiring process for all divisions of the company
  • Review job orders and employment applications to match applicants with job requirements
  • Search for job candidates using various sources such as databases, internet recruiting resources, networking, job fairs, media advertisements, recruiting firms or employee referrals
  • Interview job applicants as part of the screening process to get information on their work history, job skills, training and education, and inform them of the position's duties and responsibilities, compensation, benefits and working conditions
  • Analyze employment data related to the position and create reports based on your findings
  • Advise management on implementing, organizing, and preparing recruiting programs while providing them with training on interviewing, and the Tilled recruiting process
  • Contact applicants to inform them of their application statuses and conduct background or reference checks on job applicants, particularly those who will be given job offers


We are looking for someone who has:

  • 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience
  • Strong experience in software/engineering recruiting with the ability to recruit all corporate level positions
  • Proven experience adapting and implementing a variety of direct applicant tracking systems
  • Proficient with social media platforms
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
  • Preference for experience in start-up cultural environments
