The Role:
Xyleme is looking for an experienced, energetic Senior Recruiter who will have an enormous and direct impact on our ability to scale our rapidly growing company with exceptional talent. We're looking for someone who thrives on building and maintaining relationships, is energized by managing multiple projects simultaneously, and goes above and beyond to hire top talent. Our Senior Recruiter will be our go-to expert, support hiring managers and own full cycle recruiting for a variety of business and technical roles.
Responsibilities:

  • Full-cycle recruitment, including active sourcing, screening applicants, coordinating interviews, negotiating and closing offers, all with the highest degree of professionalism and emphasis on candidate experience.
  • Understand and implement industry best practices for building Employee Brand for Xyleme and effectively advertising current openings.
  • Manage candidates to ensure engagement throughout the whole process and deliver a positive experience.
  • Manage weekly reporting, tracking progress using data, drawing insights to make hiring processes more efficient.
  • Use data to identify blockers to hiring, and communicate this so everyone in the hiring team understands their role in improving the hiring KPIs
  • Own referral campaigns and drive hiring initiatives


Qualifications:

  • 4+ years full-cycle recruiting experience for business, sales and customer support roles
  • Experience recruiting for a fast-paced, high growth startup organization
  • Experience recruiting for software OR software-as-a-service (SAAS) business
  • Strong track record directly sourcing candidates through various channels to include online (ex. LinkedIn, Indeed) and social media platforms, and successfully building out pipelines of qualified candidates.
  • Proven experience recruiting across the company platforms to include, technology, finance, marketing, sales and customer service.
  • Effective communication skills with team members and candidates, including writing, speaking, with good video and email etiquette
  • Ability to influence hiring decisions with your independent judgment and neutrality
  • Comfortable with ambiguity, can pick up new information and tools fast, and can help build clarity when necessary (e.g., help shape a new hiring process)
  • Care deeply about candidate experience and enjoy delivering a positive, personalized experience to your candidates
  • Demonstrable experience of improving recruitment and selection processes based on needs of the business using real time data and reporting.
  • Experience with instituting Diversity and Inclusion hiring programs a plus

Total compensation for this role is market competitive, including a total compensation range of $90,000-$120,000 base compensation (DOE)
