What You’ll Do:
- Find the Talent: You’re creative about seeking out and engaging talent with a certain determination and tenacity to follow the trail until it leads you to “the one”. You’re agile and strategic, building and strengthening relationships that consistently open up new talent channels.
- Lead the Partnership: Recruiting is a team sport, and you’re the coach and expert in the art and science of it all. You’ll work closely with your hiring managers as a trusted and valuable partner and advisor at every step. You’re the guardian of best practices for crafting engaging and inclusive job postings, developing thoughtfully planned recruiting and interview strategies, etc.
- Build the Brand: You’re someone who thinks like a marketer and sells like a recruiter. You understand that recruiting is not just about connecting the right people with the right job, but fostering connections to our brand and ensure that every candidate has a memorable experience engaging with Carbon Black.
- Get It Done: At the end of the day, you’ll push the envelope and go the distance.
You’re a utility player who thrives on a diverse plate of reqs, partnering with geographically dispersed candidates, hiring managers, and teams across G&A, Marketing, Sales, and Tech. You’ve leveraged imaginative and innovative sourcing tools with a focus on building and improving upon the processes and tools that drive us to do what we do, but better.
Maybe you have a Bachelor’s degree, maybe you don’t, but you definitely have grown in the staffing and/or corporate worlds over the past five years and have a recruiting philosophy that isn’t about filling seats, but building pipelines of strong, diverse candidates that you regularly engage.
