Summary/Objective:
The Recruiter is responsible for full-cycle recruiting owning multiple requisitions and partnering with hiring managers to attract and select key talent for our organization. This person should be a natural talent hunter exhibiting high energy and professionalism. The Recruiter will excel at creating sourcing plans and managing a high volume of pipeline candidates. This person will work relentlessly to deliver a high value of service to the organization. Success is measured by number and quality of hires, cost per hire, and time to fill metrics.
Essential Functions:
- Lead full-cycle recruitment process for all assigned open positions
- Proactively source top talent in Denver metro area and other geographical areas
- Schedule scoping sessions with the hiring manager to hit the ground running with a clearly defined search on the quest for the perfect candidate
- Coordinate interviews with candidates and lead debriefs with the hiring teams
- Deliver offers to the candidates and work with the HR onboarding team
- Develop a recruitment strategy involving job fairs, college recruiting, and networking events
- Report on recruitment metrics to showcase achieving department and company goals
- Incorporate industry best practices to optimize and streamline recruiting

- Sources via databases, social media, networking groups, partnerships, etc.
Required Education & Experience:
- BA/BS degree
- 5+ years of experience of full-cycle corporate recruiting
- 3+ years of experience sourcing and attracting top passive talent
- Experience with executive level recruitment searches
- Experience with technical recruiting preferred
- Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems
- Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and Boolean searching
