Apto is looking for a Senior Recruiter to help build out our rapidly growing Denver office. As a member of the People Operations team, you will work closely with hiring managers to create and advise on hiring processes, define candidate profiles, and ultimately carry out sourcing and recruiting to make the right hire. You will also have an opportunity to help drive the culture of the Denver office, helping plan events, assisting with People Operations and acting as the primary employer brand representative to candidates.

What you’ll be responsible for:

  • Manage in conjunction with the Director of People Operations, the recruitment process for Apto
  • Develop hiring process, interview training, and implementation
  • Full lifecycle recruiting: contact candidates (passive and active) to invite them to participate in our interview process, conduct phone/video interviews to determine skill and cultural fit, assess and facilitate the interview process (schedule interviews; ensure prompt communication with candidates and hiring managers), and hire great people
  • Measure recruiting metrics, including candidate sources, quality, time to hire, and cost
  • Coach hiring managers on team development and hiring initiatives
  • Help plan and participate in office outings, local tech/startup events, networking opportunities, etc.
  • Assist with Human Resources, Onboarding, Employee Relations etc. for the Denver office
  • As a member of People Team, act as a culture cheerleader improving and maintaining company culture
  • Help establish a strong Employer Brand, internally and externally through social media outlets
  • Manage internal and external recruiting resources and vendors

What you'll need to have:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience with full-cycle recruitment, preferably in the tech industry
  • Bachelor’s degree and strong curiosity regarding the recruitment industry
  • Impeccable written and verbal communication skills
  • Friendly, pleasant demeanor
  • Trustworthiness, intuitiveness, and self-sufficiency
