Luxury Presence is a VC-funded Stanford StartX-accelerated startup, building a premium platform to provide real estate agents with stunning websites, world-class marketing tools and services, and access to an exclusive network. We’re seeking an energetic, forward-thinking team player to join our Recruiting team here at Luxury Presence. As a Senior Recruiter, you’ll be responsible for working with our most challenging and impactful reqs across the business. You will also play a pivotal role in ensuring that we continue to staff a team that is aligned with our company culture. Finding the right people for the right position is crucial as we scale this high-performing team.

You have:

-5+ years of Recruiting experience and/or Sales experience 

-A self-directed interest in learning more about Recruiting and Staffing 

-High motor and low ego 

-A curiosity about why things are done the way they are done 


You command: 

-Mondays

-Offensive positions where you control desired outcomes

-OTE: 90k Base, 130k OTE
