Whether it's about a new data protection platform, our amazing culture, announcing new rounds of investment, or winning several awards for best startup or employer, there’s been quite a bit of buzz surrounding Druva in recent years. Now, to help us move into the next growth phase, we are looking for an experienced Recruiter to secure top talent. As a key member of the TA team, you will partner closely with Druva’s leaders to identify and attract the best talent to the organization to help get us to the next stage in size.
What You Will Do:
- You will primarily recruit for GTM & G&A roles and, while the bulk of the recruiting will be for US, there might be an occasional need to help recruit for EMEA and APJ
- Source applicants, screen resumes, interview, assess candidates to provide qualified candidates, negotiate and present offers, verbal and written
- Manage your pipeline activity and connect with hiring managers regularly to discuss progress
- Partner closely with hiring managers to achieve the best TA results possible
- Attend team and HR meetings as well as any training provided
What We Are Looking For:
- 5+ years of proven experience as an internal Recruiter in a SaaS or software organization
- Experience working in a startup environment
- Good track record of: sourcing qualified candidates, interview skills, negotiating offers
- Knowledge of current market trends in high-tech hiring by US metro region
- Ability to keep a high bar for candidate experience AND hiring manager experience
- Strong TA process ownership skills
- Modern ATS experience - Greenhouse preferred so you can ram up quickly
- Strong sourcing skills with LinkedIn; extra points for experience with Gem
- Any sales and/or full-cycle recruiting experience in an agency is a plus
- Bachelor's Degree - highly preferred
