Arryved Inc. is a Boulder-based company specializing in Point-of-Service for craft breweries, restaurants and other craft destinations. We operate in hundreds of establishments across the country, with many of the top craft establishments using our platform. Maybe you've used the Arryved mobile app yourself. At our core we use software to build excellent customer experiences on both sides of the counter, from being the central hub of the restaurant/taproom and back-of-house, to online sales and mobile guest experiences. About You

As an HR professional at Arryved your day to day responsibilities will impact the experiences of our growing staff. We are looking for someone who embraces and celebrates that responsibility. We are looking to hire a Sr. People Operations Manager. This position will be based in Boulder, CO reporting to the President.
What We Are Looking For
3-5 years of human resource management experience with strong employee relations background
Thorough knowledge of the principles, methods, and practices of human resources management
Ability to prioritize, organize, and handle multiple tasks and deadlines with attention to detail in a fast-paced, dynamic, and collaborative work environment
Understanding of federal, state and local employment-related laws and regulations
A healthy balance of enthusiasm for creating order out of a chaos with an inclusive, employee-centric lens
An ability to build relationships and trust cross-functionally with all levels of the organization
Demonstrated skill in active listening, appreciative inquiry, conflict resolution, change management, and process management
Ability to foster positive relationships, negotiate effectively, resolve conflicts, and otherwise manage difficult situations
Strong communication skills that reflect Arryved’s commitment to service excellence
What You’ll Be Doing
Managing and administering the employee life cycle from onboarding to bi-annual performance and compensation reviews, employee surveys and offboarding
Managing and administering employee benefits
Serving as a first-line resource for and timely responding to employee questions
Ensuring the organization’s compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations with appropriate input from external counsel
Reviewing, updating and administering company policies and practices to maintain compliance and ensure inclusive and equitable practices
Recommending and implementing new HRIS systems to prepare the company for scale.

Experience with Google Drive tools and systems
SHRM Certification
Experience in an early or late stage startup during growth periods
Training in diversity, equity, inclusion and belonging (DEI&B) in the workplace
Details
Headquarters in Boulder CO.
You will be expected to participate in virtual team meetings daily and occasionally in person.
Salary is FTE $90,000 - $110,000 DOE
