About the role/team:

Iterable is hiring a Senior Learning and Development Manager who will manage the L&D team (currently a team of one L&D Manager) and own and drive the Learning and Development strategy and roadmap for the organization. You'll report directly to our Sr Director of Talent Management.

In this role you'll get to:

  • Lead, coach, and guide the L&D team to build learning strategies.
  • Oversee the planning and driving of our L&D programs, including: defining project plans, roles and responsibilities, manage implementation activities, develop processes, documentation, communications for rollouts and establish essential success metrics.
  • Create a learning strategy for new hires, managers, and leaders in addition to learning programming for all employees.
  • Execute programs that focus on building leadership capabilities and behaviors,, ranging from aspiring leaders to manager essentials to senior leadership skill building.
  • Partner with HRBPs to create scalable learning strategies to build leadership capability to create programs such as goal setting, feedback, career managing distributed employees, manager onboarding.
  • Analyze the current program scope and design an ongoing needs assessment to help guide the evolution of all of our L&D programs.
  • Manage vendors that can help provide training and development.
  • Partner across the People Team and the entire organization to guide future programming and learning opportunities. This includes working with experts across Iterable and externally in creating new content and curriculum. You'll organize and co-organize instructor-led training.
  • Define, measure, and communicate the L&D team's success metrics.

We are looking for people who:

  • Have developed and delivered curriculum and learning programs from scratch focused on organizational-wide learning priorities, have partnered with experts to do the same, and coached team members on developing those very same skills.
  • Are experienced L&D professionals in building a leadership capability strategy in a fast-growing organization.
  • Experience developing end-to-end L&D programs and in a fast-growing organization.
  • Engage and inspire people across all levels.
  • Use strategic skills can see the broader picture.
  • Are an experienced program manager, instructional designer, and facilitator.
  • Have experience partnering and managing external consultants and vendors.
  • Have people management experience with experience developing talent and supporting career growth.
  • Have experience facilitating virtual or hybrid training, and in-person.

As such, we've moved to a single geographical compensation band for all of our employees (the San Francisco Bay Area market for the US, London for the UK).

For Colorado-based employment: The minimum salary for this position is $127,000/year. The compensation package includes equity, plus a range of medical, dental, vision, financial and other benefits. Additionally, perks such as daily paid lunches and generous stipends for health & fitness and learning & development, among others, are included.

Location

Our Denver office sits in the Central Business District, just North of the Cap Hill area. Our building has a Starbucks and a Wells Fargo, and we are very close to some great coffee, lunch and happy hour spots! We are just one block away from RTD and Civic Center Station.
