What is this opportunity?
Senior HR Manager
Primary Purpose : Partner with business leaders and managers on people-related matters impacting the business, working collaboratively to deliver HR solutions to promote a high performing and engaged workforce in order to deliver targeted business results.

Major Areas of Accountability :

  • Build effective, ongoing relationships with leaders and managers; actively partner to assess and address HR priorities and needs.
  • Advise and support managers with people decisions and actions, hiring and onboarding, talent management, performance and development, organizational change, change management, rewards, retention and engagement, employee communication, culture management, and other HR programs and services in support of achieving business goals.
  • Partner with Recruitment team members to provide ongoing support for various recruiting needs.
  • Drive a high performance and engaged culture to maximize individual and team effectiveness; provide advice and counsel to managers and employees on employee relations matters.
  • Assist employees with HR related questions and career counseling.
  • Assess the impact of business decisions on the workforce and provide solutions to optimize opportunities and mitigate any issues.
  • Focus HR solutions on organizational outcomes and improve employee and organizational performance and productivity; delivers practices impacting revenue and income to achieve business results.

What are we requiring for this role?
•At least 3-5 years HR experience in generalist/business partner role

  • Excellent interpersonal skills; ability to effectively communicate both verbally and in writing with all levels of organizational staff
  • Strong knowledge of employment, employee relations, benefits, compensation and HRIS principles, practices and law
  • Extensive knowledge of hiring, onboarding, talent and organization performance, development, and engagement, recognition and reward principles, practices and law

  • Ability to identify/resolve problems in a timely manner and gather/analyze information skillfully
