We’ll be looking to you to work as an advisor and partner with functional business leaders to assist in determining the best approach to leadership and organizational development, organizational change, succession planning, recruitment, talent development, and various HR issues. You’ll have the opportunity to establish and implement an employee relations platform to ensure high employee satisfaction and productivity levels. You’ll make a difference by interpreting human resource policies and align resources and people to meet strategy goals. You’ll also utilize a ticketing system to address HR/employee-related issues across the organization.

For such a pivotal role, you’ll have a bachelor’s degree in HR, Psychology, Business Management, or a similar field and 4 years of experience in HR. You will be organized and communicative, and you’ll easily manage and prioritize multiple tasks. It’s considered advantageous to have worked in an international environment.

The annual gross base salary range is $71,726.15 - $122,387.52 USD. This range represents the anticipated low and high end of the salary for this position. This role is also eligible to receive an annual bonus that aligns with individual and company performance. Actual salaries will vary and are based on factors such as a candidate’s qualifications, skills, and competencies. Salary is one component of the Western Union total compensation package, which includes short-term incentives, multiple health insurance options, accident, and life insurance, and access to best-in-class development platforms, to name a few!
