Senior HRIS Workday Analyst (Temporary)
Udemy is seeking a temporary Senior HRIS Analyst with strong Workday experience to assist with system optimization, implementation of new modules, testing, configuration, and analytics. Reporting to the Head of People Operations, this role will help us make the most of our Workday system for our HR team, our managers, and our employees. The ideal candidate has 5+ years of HR Systems experience, 2+ years of experience working directly in Workday.
Responsibilities:
- System configuration within the following modules: HCM, Compensation, Advanced Compensation, Payroll, Time Tracking.
- Business process design.
- Integration support.
- Testing and data validation.
- Data management and data cleanup. Knowledge share with HR team members.
- Project manage system optimization projects.
- Create process documentation.
- Deliver training.
- Open to part time or full time arrangements.
- Position may be located in San Francisco, CA or Denver, CO.
Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field required or equivalent experience.
- 2 years of experience configuring Workday solution.
- 5+ years of HR systems experience.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Creative and proactive problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and on a team.
- Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks in a demanding, fast-paced work environment.
- Ability to manage own tasks on multiple projects concurrently.
- Experience with global implementations across multiple countries preferred.
- Ability to conduct end user training sessions.
