Job Summary

DispatchHealth seeks a Senior Director of Talent Acquisition to lead the in-house recruiting team and help the company achieve its business and customer service goals. The Senior Director of Talent Acquisition will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive full-cycle recruiting strategy and necessary systems to meet DispatchHealth’s aggressive growth strategy - by identifying the best talent for clinical, corporate, operational and customer service positions located in over 20 markets across the country. This position must bring a strong track record of success in clinical and corporate recruiting and be comfortable with quickly evolving deadlines. This individual must maintain thorough knowledge of policies and procedures and perform in accordance with applicable regulatory requirements, external laws and accreditation standards as they relate to DispatchHealth's People Services department. This position reports to the Senior Vice President of People Services and will manage a team of recruiters. Applicants must live in the Denver metro area or be willing to relocate for this position.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive, multi-faceted recruiting strategy and work plan that aligns with projected growth and vacancies across 20-plus markets.
  • Identify the most effective tools to enhance the recruitment strategy, including, but not limited to, online job boards, email campaigns, social media, videos and print collateral.
  • Collaborate closely with the Director of Employee Engagement, the marketing team, hiring managers, the leadership team and People Services to strengthen the employer brand, effectively onboard new hires and support them to ensure high retention rates and job satisfaction.
  • Develop consistent messaging and evaluation techniques for hiring managers and recruiters
  • Manage and support the recruiting team in a way that ensures that their talents are most effectively utilized.
  • Lead clinical recruiting and other high-priority positions, managing a high volume of requisitions while also supporting the team
  • Continuously improve the recruiting strategy, process, communication, brand and experience
  • Maintain an ample pipeline of qualified candidates for high-priority roles, through effective communication, documentation and networking.
  • Serve as a trusted partner to employees and managers across the company to guide them in their interviewing and employee support efforts
  • Support affirmative action and diversity/inclusion initiatives
  • Maintain thorough knowledge of benefits, contracts, credentialing, licensing and other regulations and policies related to recruiting and onboarding employees.
  • Ensure a strong working relationship with leadership through frequent communication, follow up, and effective partnership.
  • Develop appropriate measures and reporting to demonstrate recruiting success.

Requirements/Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or a minimum of 12 years’ experience in business, human resources, or related field
  • Minimum of 10 years of full cycle recruiting experience with a demonstration of progressive responsibility
  • Proven track record with healthcare recruiting, particularly with mid-level clinicians
  • At least five years of experience developing recruiting strategies and work plans
  • Expertise with CRM systems and pipeline development
  • Expertise in social media, advertising, job boards, and sourcing
  • Excellent knowledge and skills in computer applications to include MS office suite and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
  • Human resource experience in a health care environment
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Exceptional work ethic and tolerance for irregular schedule
  • Comfort and composure in a high-stress environment
  • Proven track record of effective management and leadership with recruiting teams
  • Strong attention to detail and adherence to established procedures
  • Initiative to propose new and creative ideas
  • High integrity and ability to maintain confidential information
  • Excellent references
