Job Description

This role will strategically identify and drive candidate pipeline for our critical hiring initiatives by providing a high-touch, personalized candidate experience. This person will partner closely with recruiting leadership and hiring managers across multiple functions to bring the right high-quality talent in the door at the right time.


Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and enhance a recruiting strategy to create a pipeline of best in class candidates for positions across multiple business practices including (but not limited to) enterprise sales, corporate sales, executive leadership roles and marketing. This person should be willing to jump in to support team mates on other roles as needed. 

  • Act as a business partner to your hiring leaders to construct, review, proof, format, and post job descriptions to various job boards and coordinate internal postings

  • Deliver five star service to hiring partners and candidates, managing a full-cycle recruitment strategy from sourcing and engagement to negotiation and closing

  • Act as a Conga Employment Brand Ambassador by promoting initiatives on social media, participating in career fairs and events, and engaging with relevant networks and communities

  • Be a subject matter expert in your craft by understanding and advising on local and national markets, hiring data, and hiring trends

  • Promote Conga as a top place to work by highlighting our amazing company culture, benefits and perks package, and internal growth opportunities in all interactions

  • Demonstrated commitment to process, documentation and best practices throughout the recruitment life cycle 


Qualifications

  • 4+ years of talent acquisition experience, preferably in the technology sector

  • Proven ability and experience hiring executive level leaders (director+) 

  • Team player mentality with a demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-performance, ever changing environment

  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to manage complex relationships and difficult conversations

  • Ability to maintain the highly confidential nature of hiring, compensation and personnel issues that you will be exposed to 

  • Strong sourcing and research skills with the ability to dive into search strategies

  • Commitment to promoting and stewarding Conga’s culture and values
