Evolve Vacation Rental (https://evolvevacationrental.com) is a hospitality company with a mission to make vacation rental easy for both guests and homeowners. We’re growing and looking for a Sales focused Recruiter to help us build an incredible team of Evolvers to accomplish our mission of being the most trusted hospitality brand in vacation rental.

Join our small, but mighty, Talent Acquisition team within a highly experienced People team. This is a new role created to support the doubling of our sales focused positions. You’ll own the hiring process from sourcing to closing for individual contributors through management positions. Create an unforgettable hiring experience for candidates, while helping hiring teams continuously improve recruiting processes. You'll have a meaningful impact on the growth and success of Evolve in 2021 and beyond!

What you will do

• Kick off the start of the year with a strong pipeline for Q1/Q2.
• Partner with hiring managers around role definition, process efficiencies, interviewing preparedness, candidate assessment and decision making
• Craft sourcing strategies, build talent pipelines and networks to attract passive talent 
• Be a brand ambassador with our candidates and throughout the community
• Leverage data to understand the health of your pipelines and identify ways to improve hiring efficiencies

What makes you a great fit

• 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience with an strong emphasis on sales roles
• You understand how to leverage your network and creatively source candidates beyond LinkedIn
• The ability to advise and partner with hiring managers is second nature to you
• Approaching every role with the candidate experience in mind
• Ability to work efficiently, maintaining a high level of organization and attention to detail
• Agency experience is a plus

Location - While we are all currently working from home until at least July, our goal is to return to our beautiful Denver office and collaborate in person eventually.
