The Position

Evolve’s mission is to make vacation rental easy for everyone. As a part of our team, you’ll find talent to help accomplish our mission by selling and onboarding vacation rental owners. You’ll own the hiring process from sourcing to closing for both individual and leadership positions. By partnering with the People Team and hiring managers, you’ll create an unforgettable hiring experience for candidates.

What you will do

• Partner with hiring managers to attract, evaluate and close top talent 
• Evaluate and improve process efficiencies, interviewing preparedness, candidate assessments and decision making 
• Set the standard for the ideal candidate experience and ensure we deliver on it
• Craft creative sourcing strategies to attract passive talent 
• Be a brand ambassador with our candidates and throughout the community
• Leverage data to understand the health of your pipelines and identify ways to improve hiring efficiencies

What makes you a great fit

• 3+ years of full-cycle sales recruiting experience
• You understand the power of your network and sourcing candidates beyond just LinkedIn
• Your ability to advise and gain the trust of hiring managers is second nature to you
• You approach every role with the candidate experience in mind
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work quickly while maintaining a high level of organization and attention to detail
• Agency experience is a plus 
• Associate or bachelor’s degree preferred
