As a part of the G&A Team here at Moogsoft, you will have the opportunity to support the Sales Team so they are set up for success.
Responsibilities
- Calendar Management: Coordinate all meetings for the sales function including but not limited to internal team meetings, 1:1s, off-sites, customer/partner and other meetings across all timezones
- Support Executive Team: Within the sales function, you’ll be responsible for supporting 2-3 executives at any given time with their personal travel and calendar management. To include but not limited to the following: travel booking, changes, resurrecting delays and cancellations, expense reporting, and draft letters and filter emails as needed
- Be proactive in rescheduling meetings, following up with external and internal people to ensure meetings are happening in a timely fashion
- Ability to work well with all levels of an organization
- Trustworthy to not only be efficient but also hold confidential information
- Manage multiple projects at once and be able to multi-task seamlessly
- Be positive, outgoing and warm! In times of extreme busyness, this person needs to remain calm and collected in the busiest of times
- Fill in for other administrative positions as needed
- You must be extremely organized!
Qualifications
- You have around 2-4 years of work experience as an administrative assistant with experience managing an executive.
- Experience supporting sales leaders and sales teams and helped with Quarterly Business Review (QBR) meetings a plus
- You are a high-energy individual with the ability to multi-task - you’re a “do-er”
- Experience supporting a global sales organization
- Ability to work flexible hours; this is not a 9-5 p.m. job.
- Extremely detail oriented and customer service focused
- Able to work autonomously
- Ability to reply quickly to all emails and inbound requests - note that you’ll need to be flexible as circumstances are always shifting
- Ability to prioritize long task lists and meet deadlines with little direction
- Gmail/GCal/G-Suite experience is very useful
