The Opportunity

Stream’s team is growing! We are seeking to hire a Recruitment Coordinator to join our company in the heart of Amsterdam. You will be a part of a fun and supportive Talent Acquisition team, which currently consists of 5 people across Europe and the US. 

This position is open to remote work as well (CEST time zone). 

What will you do

Within this role, you will partner with Recruiters and Hiring Managers on providing high-standard candidate experience. You will have a high impact on the pace of hiring at Stream and our employer branding.

You will handle complex scheduling across multiple time zones and departments, as well as provide administrative support throughout the recruitment process (job posting, ATS data management, reference checks, etc.). If you don’t have experience in sourcing, we will teach you and you’ll be sourcing for the best talents in tech around the globe. 

Who you are 

You have strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently within a startup environment. A get-things-done mentality will help you in being successful in this role, as well as attention to details, proactivity, and customer-centricity towards candidates and all the process stakeholders. 

Ideally, you have

• 2+ years of experience in recruitment (preferably in tech) or administrative role within an IT startup
• Experience of working with ATS (preferably Greenhouse) 
• Experience in scheduling meetings within multiple time zones
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English)
