WHAT WE HOPE FOR YOU...

As a Recruiting Sourcer, you will be the first impression for Maxwell with prospective candidates, and we believe a strong candidate experience starts with that very first email! You will be tasked with getting passive candidates excited about the opportunities at Maxwell, supporting our internal recruiting partners with getting more candidates in the interview process, and coming up with creative sourcing strategies and messaging. WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING...

  • Build a strong candidate experience from the first step - help Maxwell and our values stand out against other recruiting emails and conversations
  • Identify qualified candidate profiles using various sourcing techniques and creating tailored messaging to prospective candidates
  • Provide front end sourcing, high volume recruiting support for our Lender Solutions teams
  • Work closely with recruiters and hiring managers to deeply understand requirements of roles, team functions, and how they fit into the broader organization
  • Develop and execute sourcing strategies to build a robust candidate pipeline and help fill the highest priority hiring needs for the company 
  • Use top-of-funnel and hiring metrics to develop and execute on new and more efficient sourcing solutions

IDEALLY YOU'LL HAVE...

  • Minimum of 1 year sourcing experience, preferably within or supporting the lending industry
  • Experience in supporting high volume recruiting efforts and skill in operating with urgency
  • Success in hitting or exceeding performance goals consistently by engaging, selling, and sourcing the very best
  • Hands-on experience engaging with passive, diverse candidates through various sourcing techniques (e.g. recruiting on social platforms and crafting Boolean search strings)
  • Customer-focused attitude, excellent interpersonal skills to handle all levels within an organization, and a track record of providing a high-touch experience to both candidates and hiring managers
