Recruiting Operations Specialist
Udemy is looking for a Recruiting Operations Specialist to join our Recruiting Operations team which enables the optimization of our recruiting team to continue to hire at lightning speed. This role offers the opportunity to put your love for process, attention to detail and sense of urgency at work while providing you an opportunity to learn how to help scale a hyper growth technology company and learn everything about recruiting operations. Salary range: $58,000 - $87,000.
What you’ll be doing:
- Help to ensure data accuracy and integrity in the ATS (Applicant tracking System) including requisition status, pipeline stage, offer status, and candidate information
- Validate requisition data in the ATS and help to audit job kits for accuracy
- Assist recruiters with securing proper Budget approvals and requisition IDs
- Run real time daily reporting from the ATS and reconcile against the HR and Finance reporting
- Help design and prepare regular dashboards and reports for Hiring leaders
- Identify opportunities to optimize workflow and processes for the recruiting team
- Help to document all processes and ensure adoption of all relevant ATS system functionality through communication and training for the global recruiting team, as this impacts data integrity
- Participate in special projects that impact recruiter, hiring team or candidate experience
What you’ll bring to the role:
- 2+ years experience in an operations role
- Experience managing process and workflows
- Experience developing and delivering accurate reports
- Ability to balance time-sensitive priorities while maintaining diligence to provide accuracy
- Strong organizational skills, demonstrating the ability to handle pressure and work in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment
- A customer centric service orientation in delivery
- Strong experience in MS Excel or Google Sheets to develop reporting
- Ability to adopt to new technology platforms
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
