Job Description

The Recruiting & HR Coordinator will support our Director within the People & Possibilities Team to perform administrative tasks related to recruiting, communications, and HR. This person will have the opportunity to focus on people over process while they help create an amazing candidate and employee experience. If you are proactive, high-energy, resourceful, tech-savvy, and able to learn new things quickly, this is a great opportunity for you! You’ll be exposed to many different areas of the business as you act as a brand ambassador and work closely with candidates and colleagues at all levels. Successful candidates will have a passion for people, a collaborative mindset, and a desire to grow into a recruiting role. 

Successful candidates will have the following:

  • 1+ year of experience in an office environment 
  • Experience working with Microsoft Outlook, Scheduling Assistant, Excel, Word 
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a strong sense of urgency
  • Coordinating/scheduling experience 
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills 
  • Ability to learn new technologies quickly
  • Incredible work ethic 

Preferred, but not required, qualifications: 

  • Experience as a recruiting coordinator/scheduler 
  • Experience working in applicant tracking systems 
  • Ability to create presentations, or a strong desire to learn how
  • Experience working in Keynote and PowerPoint 
  • Familiarity with social media, especially LinkedIn 

What you would be doing at Unbridled: 

  • Utilize our applicant tracking system (ATS) to post positions internally and externally, manage candidate workflows, update candidate information, etc. 
  • Schedule interviews for candidates with internal team members 
  • Post jobs to external job boards as needed 
  • Communicate with candidates regularly, track status through the process, and provide consistent and frequent updates 
  • Administer candidate assessments when required 
  • Check references for candidates moving to final interviews 
  • Gather interview feedback and schedule candidate debrief meetings when needed 
  • Research and test new advertising methods for job postings 
  • Source candidates through LinkedIn, Google, and ATS 
  • Conduct pre-screen interviews with potential candidates 
  • Conduct informational interviews as needed 
  • Create and send companywide communications through Mailchimp 
  • Assist with onboarding tasks as needed and maintain accurate tracking and reporting for all new hires 
  • Assist with benefits and open enrollment tasks 
  • Assist with presentations related to training and communications 
  • Perform other HR tasks as needed 
  • Embody the Unbridled brand and culture, including: character, change, credibility, and community
