About the Job

The Recruiting Coordinator is an essential role partnering with recruiters and hiring managers to hire the best talent. You will play a major role in delivering an incredible hiring experience which is vital to attracting and securing our amazing employees. This is a high impact high potential role with incredible exposure to all aspects of the business. It’s a great opportunity to learn the fundamentals of recruiting and get direct career development and exposure to Employer Branding, DEI and Systems and Tools. 

What you’ll be doing:

  • Partner with our Recruiting team and Hiring Managers to schedule and coordinate interviews for candidates with speed and efficiency while delivering a world-class candidate experience.
  • Manage and uphold an excellent candidate experience, acting as a resource for candidates in collaboration with our recruiters.
  • Identify insights within candidate pipelines to improve recruiting processes.
  • Maintain thorough and accurate documentation in our greenhouse ATS.
  • Support events and projects that impact the greater Recruiting team.
  • Communicate professionally, tactfully, and empathetically while maintaining a high level of confidentiality at all times.
  • Learning, creating and leading recruiting marketing strategies that support the Employer Branding initiatives.

You’re comfortable working and supporting multiple reqs, while working through the ever changing priorities at scale. The successful candidate will have:

  • Scheduling and coordinating experience; preferably in the software industry.
  • Strong organization and time management skills; including the ability to prioritize multiple projects and objectives simultaneously.
  • Ability to solve problems and advocate process improvement opportunities.
  • Growth Mindset: We are a fast-growing company, and need people who will take initiative and take ownership to be successful in the role.
  • Clear, concise and engaging written communicator (we will probably ask you to write an InMail).
  • Super organized, strict attention to detail, personable, deadline-driven and punctual.
  • Dangerously curious, not afraid to ask questions, learn about our business, our technology, our open roles, and what makes Sovrn a great place to work.

This position reports to: Director, Talent Management

Location: Boulder, Colorado

Compensation and Benefits

In accordance with the Colorado Equal Pay for Equal Work Act, the approximate compensation range for this role in Boulder, Colorado is $60,000 to $75,000, including base salary and any related bonuses or commissions. Final compensation for this role will be determined by various factors such as a candidate's relevant work experience, skills, certifications and geographic location. Sovrn offers a full slate of benefits from competitive salaries, stock options, medical, dental and vision coverage, short and long term disability, life insurance, 11 paid holidays, flexible vacation, commuter benefits, a 401(k) plan and match, and a paid parental leave program.
