Recruiting Coordinator

The Recruiting Coordinator will play a crucial role in scaling and growing our business. As the face of the company to our candidates and new hires, you will be responsible for ensuring a world class candidate experience for anyone who interviews with us.
Today, all Pie-oneers are working remotely and will continue to do so until it is safe to return to the office. As a remote team member, you will be expected to be available for meetings with team members in other time zones and have access to reliable, high-speed internet.
This role will work in our Denver or DC office once our office re-opens.
How You’ll Do It

As our Recruiting Coordinator, you will have a significant impact on Pie’s ability to recruit and hire exceptional talent by providing a high level of service throughout the recruiting process.
In this role, you will be a face of Pie with our candidates and agency partners. Pie’s People and Talent Operations team work out of both Denver and DC, but don’t let the geographical divide fool you. This incredibly collaborative team is in tight, constant communication.
Candidate Scheduling & Communication
- Providing all Pie candidates with a world class interview experience from start to finish.
- Scheduling a high volume of phone interviews, panel interviews, video interviews, reference check calls, interview prep sessions, and interview debrief sessions for candidates and Pie interview teams.
- Speedily navigating multiple scheduling tools and calendars spanning several time zones to coordinate candidate and interview team availability.
- Managing candidate flow through our Applicant Tracking System, Lever.
- Respond to questions and provide clarity - communicate with candidates.
Onboarding
- Preparing & sending offer letters to candidates.
- Ensuring new hires are kept informed of next steps and have completed all necessary tasks.
- Ensuring all onboarding tasks are completed prior to start date - run background check, IT setup, coordinate references, send onboarding information from HRIS and other onboarding duties as needed.
- Hiring manager communication.
Stakeholder Management
- Updates to Hiring Leader during interview process.
- Manage calendars/coordinating scheduling.
- Communication to Recruiters with updates on candidates.
- Communication to the Pie team for open positions and Talent updates.
- Managing expectations for the interview process with Leaders and candidates.
Administrative
- File management for candidate offer letters.
- Posting open positions and requisitions in ATS.
- Administrative duties as needed/assigned.
- Tracking data points (scheduling and interviews) for the Talent team.
The Right Stuff
- A high school diploma or GED is required. An Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
- 1 year of experience in a HR or Administrative role.
- 6 months of experience working in an ATS/CRM/HRIS or similar type of tool is preferred.
- Intermediate communication (written and verbal) skills, to deliver more complex information effectively.
- Intermediate problem solving skills to be able to manage complex tasks and work through to solutions with little guidance and direction.
- Intermediate awareness of your own tasks, and how it impacts the team and deliverables.
- G-Suite, HRIS, ATS (Lever preferred), or other tools.
- Ability to connect with people in various positions, both internally and externally.

Compensation Range for position: $27.89/hr - 31.25/hr
