Fivetran is looking for an organized and energetic Recruiting Coordinator that will help support our recruiters and rapidly growing team! Our team of Recruiting Coordinators create stellar candidate experience while arranging all pieces of the interview process. This role will also play a key part in maintaining the organization of our Applicant Tracking System (Greenhouse), helping to ensure it’s always updated with where candidates are at in our process. As a Recruiting Coordinator at Fivetran, you will: 

• Schedule and coordinate complex phone, virtual, onsite and presentation interviews
• Manage logistics for the recruiting process, including travel arrangement, expense reimbursements, generating offer letters and ensuring background checks are 100% completed
• Build strong partnerships with multiple recruiters, the hiring managers they support, and their candidates to drive an efficient process for providing a positive candidate experience, as well as handle any challenges that may occur
• Strong ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced, high-demand environment while demonstrating professionalism and good judgment
• Master our applicant tracking system, scheduling tools and organizational products including Workday, Quip and Google Suite
• Pitch, lead, and drive team projects, often working interdepartmentally
• Track and analyze data to deliver to stakeholders and reduce interview reschedulingEstablish meaningful relationships with recruiters, hiring managers and employees
• Participate in the coordination and execution of events 
• Support Fivetran’s diversity, equity and inclusion values by working with the People team to innovate new ways to attract and hire diverse talent
• Experiment with new approaches and technology to refine and analyze our processes and create engaging candidate experiences

What you’ll bring to the table:

• Previous experience arranging complex interview schedules in a fast paced environment and wearing multiple hats as needed
• A passion for teamwork and positively contributing to the success and reputation of the Recruiting Coordinator Team
• Great communication skills and experience interfacing with all levels of an organization
• High propensity for customer service and a willingness to go above and beyond to get the job done

• Experience working with an ATS (Greenhouse preferred)

Preferred Qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience in a customer/client facing industry
• 1-2 years of experience in an operational or administrative role
• A strong passion for providing stellar candidate experiences in an interview setting
• Exemplary time management and prioritization skills, with an attention to detail and follow-through to match
