The Recruiting Coordinator (RC) will work closely with a team of recruiters in a fast-paced recruiting organization. The RC is an integral partner in managing recruiting activities and building candidate relationships. This candidate will be an organizational guru, work effectively with internal and external clients and candidates, possess great communication skills, have the ability to shift gears at a moment's notice and enjoy the challenges of helping to build a great organization of talented individuals. This is an amazing opportunity for someone looking to broaden their experience in the recruiting space.

What You'll Do: 

  • Coordinate a high volume of phone, video and eventually in-person interviews for candidates with speed and efficiency
  • Support the recruiting team with activity updates, sending new hire paperwork, completing background checks and more
  • Take the lead on scheduling recruiting events and all of the subsequent activities involved
  • Provide follow-up correspondence to candidates on recruiting status via phone and email
  • Coordinate the post-interview debrief meetings and providing debrief materials
  • Updating candidate records in recruiting systems
  • Partner with Hiring Managers and L&D team to create onboarding schedules for new hires
  • Communicate professionally and maintain a high level of confidentiality at all times 
  • Identify opportunities for improving candidate experience and scheduling efficiency
  • Assist in the coordination of other recruiting activities as needed

Who You Are:

  • Experience with MS Outlook, Word, Excel and Power Point 
  • Highly organized with experience prioritizing multiple tasks while managing their work time efficiently
  • Self-directed, detail-oriented, problem solver with a burning desire to contribute
  • Proven customer service focus
  • Experienced team player who loves to bring new ideas to the table
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast paced, quickly changing environment
  • 1+ years of experience scheduling and supporting recruitment activity preferred

1999 Broadway is located in-between Denver’s Downtown and Uptown neighborhoods. Granicus occupies the 36 and 37 floors of the building.
