About the Team:

VIZIO is looking for an energetic Recruiting Coordinator to guide candidates through a top-notch application process and to coordinate the recruiting efforts for VIZIO’s Talent Acquisition Team. The position is in Irvine and has responsibilities supporting both technical and business recruiters across several VIZIO locations. This is an amazing opportunity to join a small close-knit team, with a fast-paced environment as we grow our brands across the organization. 

About You:

• You have 2+ years of experience as a Talent Acquisition Coordinator
• You have managed an effective coordination process for candidates and hiring managers
• You are detailed and have a passion for fostering an exceptional candidate experience
• You have a bias for action, are resourceful and have experience working in fast-paced environments
• You have experience working with applicant tracking systems
• You have outstanding communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Bonus: You have prior experience working with Success Factors ATS

What You Will Do:

• Schedule phone and in-person interviews with candidates for VIZIO’s recruiting team and hiring managers
• Correspond with candidates, prepare hiring managers for interviews and ensure interview schedules are maintained
• Post and update job postings across various job boards and recruiting channels
• Plan and host recruiting events and job fairs
• Act as point-person throughout the candidate journey providing an excellent candidate experience
• Gather feedback from interviewers, initiate background checks and help with onboarding
• Assist with ad hoc recruiting projects (as necessary)
