Greenhouse is hiring for a Talent Acquisition Coordinator!

Our Talent Acquisition Coordinators play a meaningful role in helping our Talent Acquisition Managers and department leaders hire the best talent. You’ll interact with multiple recruiters, hiring teams, and candidates, exercising full ownership over a multitude of interview calendars, ensuring data consistency in our various systems, and enable a phenomenal interview experience. This is an exceptional role for you to learn the fundamentals of running a high-quality TA process.

What you’ll do

  • Partner with Greenhouse’s recruiters to own candidate scheduling and maintain timely pipeline throughput.
  • Manage and uphold an excellent candidate experience, acting as a resource for candidates in collaboration with our recruiters.
  • Identify insights within candidate pipelines to improve TA processes.
  • Support events and projects that impact the greater Talent Acquisition team.

You should have

  • Proven interest in a career in TA / HR
  • Experience in a coordination-heavy / client-services role
  • Effective time management and prioritization skills
  • Excellent written communication; ability to address various audiences
  • Motivation to thrive in a dynamic, fast-growing environment
  • Interest in DE&I a strong plus
