Mersive Technologies is looking for a Recruiting Coordinator to join our high-performing Talent Acquisition team. Our company is growing, which means Talent Acquisition has an important and impactful role to play in Mersive’s continued success. As a Recruiting Coordinator you will be responsible for providing our candidates with an amazing interview experience. This is a highly visible role, reporting to the Director of Talent Acquisition and interacting with senior leadership on a daily basis. Responsibilities: 


  • Ensure all candidates have an excellent interview experience. 
  • Manage ongoing communication with candidates, recruiters and hiring managers. 
  • Schedule and coordinate candidate phone, onsite and video interviews. 
  • Host candidates during onsite interviews. 
  • Post positions to various job boards. 
  • Manage candidate flow through our Applicant Tracking System. 
  • Coordinate and market recruiting events and job fairs. 
  • Assist with reporting of recruiting metrics. 
  • Conduct candidate reference checks 
  • Offer letter preparation 
  • Tracking employee referrals and bonuses 
  • Talent branding support
  • New hire desk allocation and set up. 
  • Provide general administrative support to recruiters and the wider People Operations organization as needed. 


Qualifications: 

  • Bachelor's Degree, or equivalent work experience. 
  • 1-2 years administrative experience, preferably in a Talent Acquisition or Human Resources department. 
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills. 
  • Strong technical aptitude, with the ability to quickly learn new systems. 
  • Strong skills with Microsoft Office 
  • Experience using an Applicant Tracking System is preferred.
